Our Company is looking for : HEAD PURCHASING

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Lead and manage the purchasing team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor market trends to forecast pricing and supply chain risks.
• Optimize procurement processes using innovative solutions like eProcurement.
• Negotiate contract terms to secure favorable pricing and delivery conditions.

Requirements:

·Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

·Experience: At least 4 - 5 years in purchasing or procurement, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

·Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proven track record in vendor management and cost-saving initiatives.
4. Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and supplier performance management.
5. Speak English fluently
