About Our Client

We are currently representing a prominent diversified business owner in Indonesia who, amid their ongoing expansion, is seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee and support the operations of the group's assets in Kalimantan.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive property management strategies aligned with the group's business goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the property management division across all asset types (residential, commercial, industrial, recreational).
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the property management team to deliver high-quality services and operational excellence.
  • Ensure efficient maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor financial performance of assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement, value creation, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with other divisions such as development, finance, and legal to support business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting property management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing diverse asset classes including residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational properties.
  • Strong knowledge of property management operations, leasing, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and drive execution effectively.
  • Proficient in property management software and financial analysis tools.
  • Willingness to be based in Kalimantan and travel as needed.
