Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Civil, Architecture or Construction Mgmt).
• 10+ years in construction project management with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Experience leading multiple facade, curtain wall, aluminum or building envelope projects.
• Leadership of Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong planning, contract admin, budgeting, risk management, procurement and execution knowledge.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Coordination Department across multiple facade projects.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, on‑schedule and on‑budget delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers and teams.
• Review and approve project execution plans, schedules, budgets and recovery plans.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and cost overruns, implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Site Operations.
• Act as primary escalation point for major project issues and client concerns.
• Standardize PM procedures, reporting systems and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular project reviews with PMs and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and HSE.
• Support bidding with project planning inputs and technical guidance.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Proven experience managing multiple facade, curtain wall, aluminum, glazing, or building envelope projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing Project Managers and multidisciplinary project teams.

Strong knowledge of project planning, contract administration, budgeting, risk management, procurement, and construction execution.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Job Description :

Lead and manage the Project Coordination Department, overseeing all Project Managers across multiple facade construction projects.

Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure all projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers, ensuring consistent project management practices and high team performance.

Review and approve project execution plans, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and recovery plans prepared by Project Managers.

Monitor the overall performance of all ongoing projects, identifying risks, delays, and cost overruns, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Site Operations to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.

Act as the primary escalation point for major project issues, commercial matters, and client concerns that cannot be resolved at the project level.

Establish and standardize project management procedures, reporting systems, and performance metrics across all projects.

Conduct regular project review meetings with Project Managers and senior management to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure achievement of company objectives.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, quality standards, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

Support business development and tender teams by providing project planning, resource forecasting, execution strategies, and technical input during the bidding process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
