  • Strategic Marketing Leadership
    Develop and implement long-term product marketing strategies that align with global directives and local market conditions. Define and communicate clear value propositions and market positioning for various product lines.


  • Market Opportunity Evaluation
    Identify, analyze, and prioritize market opportunities, ensuring coordinated actions across business units and local divisions.


  • Go-to-Market Execution
    Lead the planning and execution of local go-to-market initiatives. Create product demand by promoting technical benefits, delivering solutions, and leveraging a value-based selling approach.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales, or related commercial roles, including 2-3 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
  • Solid understanding of technical products or systems, with the ability to translate complex concepts into customer value. Experience working with product solutions in a B2B or industrial setting is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing product strategies and driving growth through customer-focused marketing and commercial initiatives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective collaborator with the ability to build relationships and drive alignment across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence diverse stakeholders, and thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
