Job Description
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and implement long-term product marketing strategies that align with global directives and local market conditions. Define and communicate clear value propositions and market positioning for various product lines.
Market Opportunity Evaluation
Identify, analyze, and prioritize market opportunities, ensuring coordinated actions across business units and local divisions.
Go-to-Market Execution
Lead the planning and execution of local go-to-market initiatives. Create product demand by promoting technical benefits, delivering solutions, and leveraging a value-based selling approach.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales, or related commercial roles, including 2-3 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
- Solid understanding of technical products or systems, with the ability to translate complex concepts into customer value. Experience working with product solutions in a B2B or industrial setting is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing product strategies and driving growth through customer-focused marketing and commercial initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Effective collaborator with the ability to build relationships and drive alignment across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence diverse stakeholders, and thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
