About the role

As Procurement Manager at PT East West Seed Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's procurement activities to support its operations in Purwakarta, West Java. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials, goods, and services required for the smooth functioning of the organization. You will be a partner to the business, ensuring that the right products and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively.

Job Description:

1. Develop and oversee strategic procurement plans to support business objectives.

2. Analyze market trends and risks to inform sourcing strategies and supplier selection frameworks.

3. Lead the procurement team and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance standards.

4. Establish procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

6. Monitor overall supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast procurement needs and budget planning.

8. Drive innovation in procurement processes through digital tools and automation.

9. Approve major procurement contracts and ensure alignment with legal and financial standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Good in English both speaking & Writing

Have driving license such as SIM A is an advantage
