Job summary

DHC Partners seeks a Manager, Platforms & Data to lead its internal data, cloud, and engineering-platform products. You will steer roadmaps, ensure adoption and strong user experience, and collaborate with IT and security to deliver reliable services.

This senior role requires guiding platform strategy across data and cloud domains. You will build AI-enabled data capabilities, improve time-to-value, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring governance and high-quality delivery for delivery teams

Qualifications

Requires experience leading internal data and platform products with demonstrable adoption and value.
Ability to govern data and cloud platforms across multiple teams and domains.
Experience with AI-enabled data platforms and delivering scalable analytics services.

Responsibilities

Set priorities across data, cloud, and engineering-platform roadmaps.
Hold product and service owners accountable for adoption, UX, reliability, and performance.
Improve platforms based on adoption, value, and cost efficiency; retire offerings when needed.
Develop reusable data and AI-ready platform capabilities for analytics and AI services.
Collaborate with IT Architecture and cybersecurity to ensure robust integration and controls.
Oversee external partners for quality delivery and effective vendor management.
Drive cost-effective technology strategies and improve cloud cost management.
