Job summary

Searce Inc is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead data engineering and cloud platform initiatives. You will architect and build foundational data infrastructure powering enterprise analytics and AI initiatives, hands-on with Snowflake, Databricks, GCP & AWS.

You will own end-to-end delivery, design scalable data models, pipelines, and governance, while translating business needs into robust technical designs and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in architectural leadership as a Solutions Architect focused on data engineering.
• Proven production-grade data solutions on public clouds, esp. GCP.
• Hands-on with Databricks and BigQuery for analytics.
• Experience with Airflow and Kafka for data pipelines.
• Able to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
• Design Core Data Engineering: Master data modelling and high-performance pipelines with governance.
• Enable Cloud & AI: Design solutions using core GCP data services for analytics/AI initiatives.
• Optimize Performance & Cost: Improve data architectures for efficiency and cost.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate business needs into technical designs and lead teams.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research new data technologies and patterns.
