Lead a team responsible for creating and maintaining planograms, ensuring adherence to established timelines and standards.

Partner with departments to plan and execute projects effectively, addressing challenges during implementation.

Track the performance and profitability of new stores during their first year and provide reports and improvement recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure planograms meet timelines, standards, and alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute store projects, addressing implementation challenges.
  • Monitor store performance in the first year of operation and deliver actionable improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in an Assistant Manager level role in Merchandising, Business Development, or Retail Planning with experience managing a team.
  • Experience as a leader with team members.
  • Experience in the Retail Industry is prioritized.
  • Experience in store opening processes, including location selection, layout planning, and marketing strategy.
  • Strong sense of interior review to optimize store layouts and displays.
  • Understanding of product stock control, selling strategies, and profitability analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • CAD 3D modeling experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficient in Business English.
