Finfra is a rapidly growing Embedded Lending as a Service company, providing a one-stop shop for businesses seeking to launch lending services in Indonesia. Our cutting-edge platform integrates seamlessly with our client’s systems to streamline their lending operations.

Job Description
  1. Identify, engage, and close strategic partnerships aligned with Finfra’s growth goals.
  2. Develop and execute an optimized engagement strategy, driving at least 25% improvement in funnel conversion.
  3. Build relationships with high-potential partners and coordinate alignment with CEO and CPO.
  4. Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and report to the management.
  5. Develop and implement scalable frameworks, including the continuous refinement of sales playbooks, partner-facing materials, and overall engagement strategies.
  6. Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal to ensure partnerships are structured for long-term success and regulatory compliance.
  7. Represent Finfra in external partner meetings, industry events, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the network.
  8. Stay updated on fintech trends, market dynamics, and regulatory updates relevant to embedded lending and payments.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Sales, or similar roles.
  2. Proven track record in the fintech lending, payments, banking, or embedded finance space.
  3. Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify high-impact opportunities.
  4. Highly proactive with strong follow-through and ownership mindset.
  5. Excellent communication and listening skills — able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strong understanding of loan products, embedded finance platforms, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.
  7. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
