Job description

Develop and implement comprehensive human resource (HR) policies and strategies that align with the organization's vision, mission, and core values.

Supervise the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements.

Strategize and supervise recruitment initiatives and workforce planning to attract, retain, and develop talent in alignment with organizational goals and future needs.

Oversee employee capacity-building programs and engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee skills, and promote organizational commitment.

Oversee the implementation of the Human Capital work plan to ensure timely completion, adherence to budgetary constraints, and the achievement of targeted outcomes.

Legal Process

Oversee legal processes, including contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation, to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Collaborate with the legal team to address legal matters, disputes, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure that all operational activities comply with organizational policies and legal standards.

Procurement & Asset Management

Lead procurement strategies to optimize sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain processes in alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure the procurement strategy supports cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery of goods and services.

Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and relationship management to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Oversee security protocols to safeguard personnel, assets, and sensitive information.

Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of office facilities, including equipment, utilities, and workspace layout.

IT & Digital Transformation

Oversee the maintenance and management of IT systems, hardware, and networks to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Evaluate and optimize IT systems and processes to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Identify and implement emerging technologies and digital solutions to enhance business processes and create competitive advantages.

Align IT initiatives with organizational goals to ensure technology supports and enhances overall operational effectiveness.

Process Optimization & Technology Integration

Drive automation, system improvements, and operational enhancements to increase productivity across HR, procurement, legal, and IT functions.

Optimize cross-departmental workflows to enhance productivity.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all team activities comply with established regulations, policies, SOPs, and ISO standards.

Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive data, assets, and personnel.

Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions.

Collaborate with department heads to implement risk management plans and ensure cross-functional compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree/MBA preferred).

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience across multiple functions, including HR, legal, procurement, IT, risk management, and operations.

Proven experience in strategic leadership, driving business transformation, and managing cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with ERP systems, HRIS software, procurement tools, and automation solutions.

Experience in ISO standards and regulatory compliance.

Strategic plan implementation of all departments under the Operational Support Division.

Payroll accuracy & compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Employee engagement & capacity-building initiatives to enhance performance.

Cost-efficient procurement strategy ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Streamlined vendor selection and management to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Well-maintained office facilities ensuring a productive work environment.

Efficient workspace planning to support business operations.

Implementation of security protocols to protect personnel and assets.

Stable and secure IT infrastructure with minimal downtime.

Implementation of digital solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Adoption of automation and emerging technologies to optimize business processes.

Enhanced cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes.

Operational improvements through automation and digital transformation.

Subordinates : Procurement & General Affair Manager, Information & Technology Manager, Legal Manager, Human Capital Manager, Advance Team Manager
