A leading company in the beauty sector is seeking a Sales and Event Manager to spearhead digital sales strategies and manage online sales teams. The role involves developing and executing sales growth strategies, collaborating with marketing, and overseeing event management. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience in online sales and event management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG sectors. Strong leadership and analytical skills, alongside proficiency with e-commerce platforms, are essential for success in this role.
Develop sales growth strategies across all digital channels, including e‑commerce website, marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), and social commerce.
Create integrated affiliate strategies that align with marketplaces and other sales channels.
Manage the online sales team and track performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Analyze consumer trends, product performance, and market insights to optimize SKUs and sales campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing and content teams to support sales campaigns with relevant visuals and narratives.
Design and execute digital & offline event strategies, such as live shopping, product launches, skincare workshops, and beauty pop up events.
Collaborate with KOLs, live shopping hosts, beauty communities, and retail partners.
Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
Ensure event campaigns directly contribute to brand awareness, leads, and product sales.
Develop affiliate communications that integrate with marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
5–7 years of experience in online sales and event management.
Experience in the beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG digital industries is preferred.
Proficient with e‑commerce platforms, such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.
Understanding of online sales strategies, including promotions, bundling, and conversion funnels.
Experienced in live shopping or digital event management.
Able to create and manage event budgets and sales performance reports.
Skilled in sales data analysis, Google Sheets/Excel, and performance dashboards.
Strong leadership, capable of mentoring and developing cross functional teams.
Strategic thinker and agile executor,with a data‑driven mindset.
Creative, trend‑aware, and passionate about the beauty and digital space
Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
