Job Description:
Job Purpose:
- Overall responsibility for driving business in National Minimarket (IDM, IDG, SAT, Midi), Hyper-Supermarket (LSI, Matahari Group, SBL, Yogya, and others), and E-Commerce (Enabler and Direct E-commerce Platform).
- Lead role in managing Key Account Managers and stakeholders to penetrate key accounts and expand relationships.
- Gather detailed account information, identify decision-makers, understand strategic challenges, and lead team in analyzing and prioritizing opportunities.
- Ensure professional sales coordination, account planning, and resolve account ownership issues.
- Responsible for proposals, account or market plans, and sales forecasting and reporting.
- Develop and execute annual business plans with all key accounts.
- Manage supply chain systems for order collection, execution, and forecasting.
- Handle financial management, including collections, credit, profitability, and cost-to-sales analysis for national accounts.
- Maintain relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in category management activities like consumer promotions, plannogramming, and advisory roles.
- Organize top-to-top meetings with global retailers, involving senior management from retailers and ANI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a reputed FMCG company, specifically in Key Accounts and E-Commerce.
- Experience in Account Management and Strategic Omni-Channel approaches.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Understanding of the retail environment.
- Analytical skills.
- Networking skills and strong customer management orientation.
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to manage complex and diverse business situations.
