Sebuah perusahaan kesehatan multinasional sedang mencari Manajer Akun Kunci untuk meningkatkan hubungan dengan akun nasional termasuk Minimarket dan E-commerce. Tanggung jawab mencakup perencanaan bisnis, manajemen rantai pasokan, dan koordinasi penjualan. Memerlukan pengalaman minimal 7 tahun di FMCG dengan keterampilan negosiasi yang tajam.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 tahun pengalaman di perusahaan FMCG terkemuka untuk Manajemen Akun dan E-commerce.
  • Keterampilan negosiasi yang tajam dan kemampuan memengaruhi.
  • Memahami lingkungan ritel.

Responsibilities

  • Bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola akun nasional di Minimarket dan Hyper-Supermarket.
  • Menyusun rencana bisnis tahunan untuk akun yang dikelola.
  • Mengelola rantai pasokan dan jaringan dengan pemangku kepentingan.

Job description

  • Overall responsibility for driving business National Minimarket (IDM, IDG and SAT, Midi), Hyper-Supermarket (LSI, Matahari Group, SBL, Yogya and more) also E Commerce (Enabler and Direct E-commerce Platform)
  • Plays a lead role in driving a Key account Manager and other stakeholder to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships.
  • Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and leads team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts.
  • Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves possible account ownership issues.
  • Responsible for proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity.
  • Develop and execute the annual business plans with all the above accounts
  • Supply chain management ( setting up systems for order collection, execution, forecasting)
  • Financial management (overall accountability for collection, credit index, profitability and cost to sales for these National Accounts)
  • Relationship management (with stakeholders, both internal and external)
  • Category management (consumer promotions, plannogramming, advisory role)
  • Organize Top to Top meetings with the Global retailers (meeting between Retailer’s top management and ANI top management)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years' experience in a reputed FMCG Company in the Key Accounts and E Commerce
  • Account Management and Strategic Omni Channel
  • Sharp negotiation and influencing skills
  • Understanding of the retail environment
  • Analytical skills
  • Networking and strong orientation towards customer management
  • Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to handle complex and diverse business situation
