- Overall responsibility for driving business National Minimarket (IDM, IDG and SAT, Midi), Hyper-Supermarket (LSI, Matahari Group, SBL, Yogya and more) also E Commerce (Enabler and Direct E-commerce Platform)
- Plays a lead role in driving a Key account Manager and other stakeholder to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships.
- Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and leads team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts.
- Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves possible account ownership issues.
- Responsible for proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity.
- Develop and execute the annual business plans with all the above accounts
- Supply chain management ( setting up systems for order collection, execution, forecasting)
- Financial management (overall accountability for collection, credit index, profitability and cost to sales for these National Accounts)
- Relationship management (with stakeholders, both internal and external)
- Category management (consumer promotions, plannogramming, advisory role)
- Organize Top to Top meetings with the Global retailers (meeting between Retailer’s top management and ANI top management)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years' experience in a reputed FMCG Company in the Key Accounts and E Commerce
- Account Management and Strategic Omni Channel
- Sharp negotiation and influencing skills
- Understanding of the retail environment
- Analytical skills
- Networking and strong orientation towards customer management
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment
- Ability to handle complex and diverse business situation
