JOB PURPOSE:
- Overall responsibility for driving business in National Minimarket (IDM, IDG, SAT, Midi), Hyper-Supermarket (LSI, Matahari Group, SBL, Yogya, and more), and E-Commerce (Enabler and Direct E-commerce Platform).
- Lead role in managing Key Account Managers and other stakeholders to penetrate key accounts and expand relationships aggressively.
- Gather detailed account information, identify decision-makers, understand strategic challenges and priorities, and lead the team in analyzing and prioritizing opportunities.
- Ensure professional sales coordination, account planning, and resolve account ownership issues.
- Responsible for proposals, account or market plans, and forecasting/sales reporting.
- Develop and execute annual business plans with all the above accounts.
- Manage supply chain processes, including order collection, execution, and forecasting.
- Oversee financial aspects such as collection, credit management, profitability, and cost-to-sales ratio for these National Accounts.
- Maintain relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement category management activities, including consumer promotions, planogramming, and advisory roles.
- Organize Top-to-Top meetings with global retailers (meetings between retailer’s top management and ANI top management).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a reputed FMCG company, focusing on Key Accounts and E-Commerce.
- Experience in Account Management and Strategic Omni-Channel approaches.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Understanding of the retail environment.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Networking ability and strong customer management orientation.
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.
