Job Description

  • Developing and executing comprehensive BTL marketing & trade marketing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Leading BTL marketing promotion and activations across multiple sales channels
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Analysing promotion and activation performance and generating actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Overseeing budget allocation and ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives.
  • Staying updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven expertise in Marketing & Promotion, including in developing and executing promotion strategies for food products.
  • Experience working with distributor & import companies handling 20+ brands of food products will be highly preferred.
  • Leadership experience of managing at least 4 people in Manager level.
