Job description

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing Communication to lead our brand presence and communication initiatives across diverse markets. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping how our business is perceived by clients, partners, and stakeholders. You'll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our message is clear, compelling, and consistent both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing communication strategy to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
  • Craft and oversee integrated campaigns including public relations, digital marketing, content creation, and internal communications.
  • Manage and grow the companys presence across owned and earned channels (social media, website, press releases, etc.).
  • Build strong media relations and identify opportunities for thought leadership, press coverage, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with business development and product teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
  • Lead crisis communication, messaging frameworks, and executive communication plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and external vendors, ensuring efficiency and high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide the marketing team to maintain high standards and a culture of creativity and accountability.

Requirements:
