Job Descriptions

• Strategic Planning & Leadership
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
• Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and industry trends
• Manage and oversee Product Managers, leveraging strong chemical product knowledge to guide existing product strategies and new product development
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Brand & Market Positioning
• Define and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
• Enhance brand positioning and customer perception through targeted campaigns, storytelling, and thought leadership.
• Marketing Campaign Management
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.)
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns
• Leverage analytics tools to track performance and improve digital marketing effectiveness
• Drive demand generation and customer acquisition through innovative marketing techniques.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies to enhance market share and business growth
• Stakeholder & Customer Relations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, media, and key industry stakeholders
• Represent the company in public engagements, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the chemical, industrial, or B2B sectors.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital marketing execution.
• Experience in the Chemical Specialty industry and a high-growth company is a plus.
