Our restaurant group is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Head of Marketing to elevate our brands and drive impactful marketing initiatives across our portfolio. We’re looking for someone with a proven ability to grow strong lifestyle or culinary brands, paired with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive awareness, and achieve revenue targets.

Lead creative marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and customer engagement programs (e.g., loyalty strategies, product launches, promo campaigns, events).

Analyze customer acquisition journeys (online & offline) and develop strategies to increase traffic and conversion.

Manage multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring each brand maintains a distinct and impactful market identity.

Monitor and report brand performance using analytics, market trends, and customer insights.

Work closely with the Design Team to develop consistent and effective communication tools.

Oversee customer loyalty programs, company website, and social media ecosystem.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation for maximum ROI.

Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the marketing team to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in developing and managing successful lifestyle or F&B brands.
