Job Description
  1. Develop comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans. This includes designing multi-channel marketing campaigns and public relations strategies.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute all lead generation initiatives, giving recommendations to the Country Director on the proposed investment.
  3. Plan, schedule, and execute marketing activities to support successful marketing events - both offline and online.
  4. Collaborate closely with the regional team to ensure the local website is maintained and updated, and generate web leads through multiple online platforms.
  5. Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategy.
  6. Identify and build relationships with relevant vendors, agencies, and partners to increase business success.
  7. Make effective use of analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  8. Provide innovative and creative solutions related to marketing requirements.
  9. Manage and lead a high-performing team that will deliver the marketing objectives.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. 8-10 years of experience in marketing roles - preferably a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Experienced in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects.
  4. Able to read, analyze, and interpret information effectively.
  5. Experience in delivering high-quality marketing solutions with positive, measurable results.
  6. Experience working/collaborating with a regional team is preferred but not a must.
  7. Experience in the education industry is preferred but not a must.
