Overview

We’re looking for a strategic Head of Marketing that focused on accelerating sales growth in the herbal supplements industry and ready to make a direct impact. You will drive our brands growth by leading the Digital Marketing, Creative Branding and Strategic Partnerships teams.

About the job:

• Lead targeted digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms to generate high-quality leads and convert them into loyal customers.
• Develop compelling brand strategies that build trust, differentiate our products and increase customer retention and lifetime value.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently between engine (performance-driven) and non-engine (brand-building) marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
• Build and manage the strategic partnership division to identify, negotiate, and nurture collaborations that enhance brand visibility, expand market reach, open new revenue streams and drive sales.
• Lead and mentor the creative team to produce innovative, impactful branding and marketing content aligned with business objectives.
• Use data and analytics to optimize marketing spend, identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with sales (offline and online) teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales goals and customer needs.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant fields.
• 5+ years proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in industries with direct sales impact.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong branding expertise to elevate our market positioning and customer appeal.
• Data-driven decision-maker skilled in turning insights into sales-driving strategies.
• Inspire and coordinate a multi-functional marketing team.
• Excellent leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to be placed at our head office in Kota Bogor and regularly visit our operational office in Tenjolaya, Kab. Bogor.
