Loss Prevention Supervisor

• Supervise daily activities of the loss prevention team, including store audits, stock opname verification for fresh and grocery items, and CCTV plotting.
• Ensure proper execution of loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Assist in investigations and audits related to shrinkage, fraud, and theft.
• Support store-level security initiatives.
• Train and coach staff to identify and prevent potential losses.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• At least 4 years of experience in a supermarket or retail environment in loss prevention or audit roles.
• Excellent knowledge of operational processes and loss prevention tasks.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare reports based on investigation results.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong leadership to maintain a team.
• Willing to travel for store visits and handle store issues.
