The Role:
As a Head of Live Commerce & Affiliates, you will drive client success and optimize live commerce operations across the region. This role is crucial in establishing consistent workflows, disseminating best practices, and enhancing collaboration between live commerce, commercial, and marketing teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Development and Execution
- Design effective live commerce strategies tailored to client goals, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize impact.
- Align live commerce initiatives with broader commercial and marketing objectives to ensure consistent growth across platforms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine and enhance client strategies.
- Team Leadership and Management
- Oversee and manage the live commerce team, including livestream hosts, moderators, affiliate marketers, and content creators.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure high performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
- Livestream Operations
- Supervise livestream campaigns in coordination with the livestream manager, ensuring smooth execution aligned with client objectives.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and support during livestreams to maximize engagement and sales.
- Coordinate with production, content, and technical teams to deliver high-quality livestream experiences.
- Affiliate and Video Content Management
- Oversee affiliate marketing initiatives to expand client reach and drive sales.
- Ensure the production of engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with client branding and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate video content and affiliate strategies into broader eCommerce plans.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs such as Enter Room Rate, GMV, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop and share performance reports with clients and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Benchmark client performance across categories and platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding live commerce initiatives, ensuring excellent service and results.
- Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) to stay updated on new features and opportunities.
Who We Look For – The Ideal Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years in live commerce, eCommerce, or digital marketing, with a proven success record.
- Experience designing and executing strategies for global and regional brands.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of live commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, Lazada Live).
- Proficiency with performance tracking tools and analytics platforms.
- Passion for eCommerce and industry trends.
