Job Description

As a Legal Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice to the C-level executives to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Manage a team of Legal, Compliance, including AML
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Managing legal risks by identifying potential issues and recommending solutions.
• Collaborating with internal departments to maintain regulatory adherence.
• Supervising external legal counsel when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Lead should have:

• A law degree from a reputable university
• Have at least 15 years of experience with proven expertise in corporate and commercial law, particularly within auto financing sector
• Strategic communication skills to C-level executives and other high-level stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal and regulatory frameworks.
