• Lead and manage a team of IT System Developments and giving them guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system development strategies and roadmaps.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of IT system development.
• Ensure the team adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks in a proactive manner.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT System Development team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and leading IT Development teams.
• Experience in the Insurance Industry is an additional value.
• Strong knowledge and experience in PHP, SQL, JavaScript, and AWS.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in system/application development life cycle management.
