Job Description
Drive high-impact technology projects aimed at boosting revenue, reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, and improving the customer experience.
Lead various IT domains and provide strategic and operational directions, including IT project management, application development, enterprise and data architecture, and IT operations.
Act as a change champion by applying stakeholder analysis and effective change management practices.
Keep senior leadership and functional teams informed with regular updates on project progress, key metrics, challenges, and risks.
Serve as a bridge across departments for cross-functional initiatives and projects with broad organizational impact.
Facilitate team sessions and collaborative workshops to drive alignment and progress.
Mentor others by offering hands-on coaching in business transformation and process improvement techniques.
Collaborate with leaders across business units to guide initiatives from planning through execution.
The Successful Applicant
Possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology.
Have about 10 years of experience in a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
Possess in-depth knowledge and strong expertise in the insurance industry, including claims processing, policy administration, customer service, and IT.
Experienced across the full project lifecycle, from initial conceptual design to thorough system testing, and holds a PMP certification.
Skilled in strategic planning and decision-making.
Strong analytical abilities, with a deep understanding of interpreting business needs and translating them into operational requirements.
