This position is responsible to develop and execute strategies to strengthen relationships with investors and shareholders, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. You will lead transparent communication through reports, presentations, and market updates, while monitoring market trends and investor sentiment to manage perceptions and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend shareholder relations strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Prepare and deliver clear and consistent communication to investors, including annual reports, quarterly updates, financial presentations, and other disclosures to ensure transparency and a solid understanding of the company’s performance and strategy.
• Monitor market trends, stock analysis, and investor sentiment to understand market perceptions of the company, identify opportunities, and anticipate challenges in shareholder relations.
• Respond promptly and effectively to investor inquiries and concerns, resolving issues that may impact the company’s relationship with shareholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, shareholders, analysts, associations, and other stakeholders to build trust and support for the company, while serving as the primary point of contact for all related parties.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance Management/Accounting/Business/Banking.
• Work Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in the same field, with 3 years as Manager.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
