  • Establish organizational development policies and strategies.
  • Develop policies and strategies for employee recruitment.
  • Develop policies and strategies for employee development.
  • Develop policies and strategies for employee management.
  • Establish policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and information related to duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Capital Planning.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to seek out new ideas and exhibit initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of aligning business process analysis with Human Capital interventions.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office.
