Job Description

As Head of HRBP position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing Talent Acquisition and Learning Development Team
  • Developing and implementing strategic HR policies and practices
  • Overseeing recruitment, retention, and development strategy
  • Develop hiring strategies for the company, focusing on critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle, emphasising a positive candidate experience.
  • Analyse, design, and optimise the company's organisational structure to enhance efficiency and align with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HRBP should have:
