Profile

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years proven experience in HR strategic within holding company with multiple subsidiaries
  • Strong in people and organisation development
  • Proficiency in handling HR systems and tools to streamline operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
