We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the next phase of FINA’s expansion — our cutting-edge AI agent that’s transforming how insurance is sold, served, and scaled. If you’re obsessed with driving full-funnel growth, know how to turn insight into action, and thrive at the intersection of Product, Tech, and Marketing — this is your stage.

You will be responsible for scaling FINA’s adoption across Indonesia and regional markets, leading the strategy for both digital and offline acquisition, lifecycle campaigns, and user journey optimization — from awareness to retention.

What You’ll Do
1. Own the Full Growth Funnel
  • Design and lead growth strategies across the full customer journey: awareness → onboarding → transaction → retention.
  • Manage performance marketing across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to efficiently acquire and convert users.
  • Own key growth metrics: CAC, ROAS, blended efficiency — balancing performance with long-term brand value.
  • Translate data and user behavior into actionable strategies across digital, product, and offline channels.
2. Optimize the Customer Journey
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Identify friction points and partner with Product, Tech, and Business teams to improve them.
  • Use user feedback, behavioral data, and experimentation to drive improvements in adoption and retention.
3. Partner with Product
  • Serve as the marketing voice in product planning, sprint reviews, and feature validation.
  • Support value proposition and UX development with marketing insights and market feedback.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features to maximize impact and user awareness.
4. Collaborate Across Teams
  • Align growth marketing efforts with Product and Business objectives.
  • Advocate for the user by injecting customer insights into product and marketing decisions.
  • Drive alignment between product experience and marketing communications.
5. Build and Scale the Growth Engine
  • Build and lead the growth marketing team (internal and/or agency partners).
  • Establish a testing and learning framework to drive scalable, repeatable growth.
  • Champion performance tracking, growth culture, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in leading growth or performance marketing in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep experience in digital acquisition, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation, and user segmentation.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — especially with Product and Tech teams.
  • Hands-on mindset with leadership capability — able to build strategy and execute.
