About the job Head of Finance, Accounting, Tax

Our client is a top player in the beauty clinic industry. They distribute their products all over Indonesia. They have been in Indonesia for a decade and are still growing.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and set up Finance and Accounting procedures & policies.
2. Manage company cash flow.
3. Carry out tasks in finance, accounting, and corporate taxation, including planning and budgeting finance, accounting, and taxation (including import taxes).
4. Develop and manage the company's annual and long-term financial plans and budgets.
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
6. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
7. Identify cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.
8. Implement cost-saving initiatives and expense management strategies.
9. Analyze variances and take corrective actions to control costs.
10. Lead and develop the finance team, including accounting staff and financial analysts.
11. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and guidance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Around 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or department head role.
3. Big-4 managerial experience is highly preferable.
4. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, Indonesian accounting standards, and financial regulations.
5. Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create financial models.
6. Strong preference for ACCA certification; however, CPA certification is also accepted.
7. Brevet A & B certification is required.
8. Odoo Accounting software experience is preferred.
9. Experienced in import taxation activities.
