Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;

Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with specific knowledge of tax regulations and costing in manufacturing environments.

Advanced understanding of financial principles and practices, with a focus on cost accounting and tax implications.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Proven leadership abilities, with experience in supervising a team and driving financial excellence.
