About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance and Accounting to join PT Kartika Sari Indonesia, a leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company based in Bandung, West Java. In this full-time role, you will oversee the company's financial operations and accounting functions, playing a crucial part in driving the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight to the organisation, ensuring sound financial practices and reporting

Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance

Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, forecasts, promo, and other key financial reports to support business decision-making

Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management processes

Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounting team to build a high-performing, customer-focused function

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

What we're looking for

Qualified accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in the FMCG industry

Proven track record of successfully leading a finance and accounting function in a fast-paced, complex business environment

Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Proficient in the use of financial management software and data analysis tools

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organisation

Hands-on experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing finance teams
