Qualifications

• Hold Tax Brevet A & B certifications with experience in tax report preparation.
• Strong English proficiency for bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Review Monthly & Yearly Financial Statements, Budgets, and Cash Flows.
• Liaise with External and Internal Auditors.
• Manage company licenses and employee-related matters.

Job description

Head of Finance, Accounting, Admin & Tax

Responsible for the accounting functions of the company.

Ensure proper accounting procedures, policies and internal control are observed.

Ensure the company’s accounting record are compliance with the legal aspect and submission of reports required by the Government to the relevant authorities.

Review Monthly & Yearly Financial Statement, Budget and Cash Flow.

Liaise with External and Internal Auditor.

Ensure the company has sufficient funds to run its operations.

Liaise with the Bank on the operations of the company’s bank account and any other matters.

Review Tax Computation of the company and submission to the relevant authorities.

Liaise with Tax Auditor for tax audit.

Administration

Liase with forwarder for importation and custom declaration.

Responsible for all Company license, Product Registration in BPOM and Depkes, insurance policy, Employee Handbook, Working Permit of expatriates, etc.

Responsible for all matter related to Employee, such as Payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Health Insurance, etc.

Maintain Branches and ensure Branches operation comply with company’s policies and handle correspondence with Branches & Distributors.

Job Qualifications :

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting/finance field.

Tax Expertise: Hold Tax Brevet A & B certifications with proven experience in monthly and annual tax report preparation. Must be capable of managing internal audits, external audits, and tax audits.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Language & Communication: Strong English proficiency for bookkeeping and financial reporting. Hokkien language skills required for effective communication.
