Job description

· Responsible for the Financial and Accounting functions of the company, leading a team of Costing staff, Cashier, General Acc & Tax Staff. This includes managing all day-to-day accounting operations, from administrative tasks to presenting monthly financial reports.

· Act as a business partner to other department heads to identify needs and develop comprehensive business solutions.

· Lead and utilize the ACCURATE and ERP system to manage all finance-related processes.

· Develop and implement accounting procedures, including maintaining and updating existing systems and policies.

· Oversee credit control and accounts receivable management.

· Monitor and control budgets, including OPEX and COGS.

· Conduct P&L analysis covering sales, COGS, and OPEX.

· Analyze balance sheet ratios such as CCC, ROI, and ITO.

· Monitor inventory, including aging provisioning and stock takes.

· Prepare monthly closing reports, monitor finances, and generate ad-hoc reports.

· Prepare cash flow projections and annual budgets, along with regular forecasts.

· Oversee tax compliance, planning, and accounting.

· Liaise with group auditors during regular audits.

· Manage fixed assets and assist in inventory control with the operations team.

· Make recommendations to improve buying efficiencies, increase revenue, and control costs, including supply chain finance.

· Possess knowledge of commercial finance to determine selling prices and improve cost efficiencies.

· Advise executive management on financial implications of business activities.

· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Senior Finance Manager role, preferably in commercial B2B, distribution, or manufacturing industries.

· Experience with recognized accounting software such as ACCURATE, NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to relate business activities to financial impacts.

· Experience managing multiple business models and stakeholders.

· Experience reporting to foreign HQs and handling audit processes.

· People management experience is a plus.

· Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Internal / External Relationships

· Collaborate with manufacturing functions such as production, procurement, operations, QA, R&D, HR, IT, etc.
