A financial institution is seeking a Finance Manager to supervise financial transactions and prepare reports, ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years of experience at a managerial level. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, budgeting, and serving as a strategic partner to the Board of Directors.
Manage and supervise all financial, accounting, and taxation transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.
Prepare, analyze, and present periodic financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
Conduct financial analysis on revenue, liabilities, cash flow, and other key indicators to support strategic decision-making.
Provide recommendations on investments, funding sources, and financial instruments to maintain company liquidity.
Direct and consolidate the budgeting process across functions and monitor its realization.
Evaluate and improve financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee second-line monitoring of accounts receivable collection effectiveness.
Act as a strategic partner to the Board of Directors in financial decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with the latest position at Manager level or above.
Strong understanding of financial, accounting, and taxation regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting systems, budgeting and financial planning, financial analysis and control, financial statements and reporting, treasury management, and project management.
Additional competencies: problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing, and information security management.
