Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in talent management roles, with a strong focus on executive-level (Director and above) development and succession planning is required.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing leadership development programs, succession frameworks, and high-potential (HiPo) initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of competency modeling, executive assessment tools, and performance management systems.
  • Experience partnering closely with C-level leaders and board members on leadership strategy and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align talent initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential talent decisions with discretion.
  • Experience working in large organizations or fast-paced, high-growth industries is a plus.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and drive the overall executive talent strategy, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, and organizational continuity for Director level roles and above.
  • Design and implement frameworks to identify, assess, and develop high-potential leaders across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership and business unit heads to understand capability gaps and build robust succession plans for critical roles.
  • Develop and oversee executive learning & development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and tailored leadership programs.
  • Lead the organization’s performance management process, ensuring that it drives accountability, feedback culture, and results at all levels.
  • Introduce best-in-class tools and methodologies for executive assessment, talent reviews, and career pathing.
  • Work with HRBPs and senior stakeholders to align talent pipelines with business strategy and workforce planning.
  • Monitor and report on key talent metrics, succession bench strength, and leadership readiness.
  • Champion internal mobility and cross-functional development opportunities for senior talent.
  • Stay current with external talent trends, leadership development practices, and succession planning innovations to inform internal strategy.
