A Head of Engineering will be responsible for:

• Supervise front-end and back-end development teams and their initiatives
• Track the reliability and performance of all internal systems to recommend enhancements
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations
• Oversee software development projects by defining requirements, objectives, and deadlines
• Create plans for future development projects in alignment with the company's goals and resources
• Recruit engineers and organize their training
• Introduce cutting-edge technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders on new integrations and tools

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have:

• Solid experience in scalable applications, automated testing, enterprise integration architecture
• Past experience in leading sizable engineering squad
• Hands-on coding knowledge in Golang
• Experience in financial services (banking/fintech) will be a plus
• Plus for past experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud SQL Postgres, Cloud Run, Pub/sub
