Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Develop, implement, and evaluate operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Supervise the all e-commerce team (digital marketing, creative, warehouse, etc.).
Collaborate with creative and client teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Analyze operational and marketing data to develop performance improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations related to digital promotions.
Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
Manage operational budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in e-commerce industry
Strong understanding of offline and online marketing strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset for strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing regulations is a plus.
