Head of e-Commerce to drive the overall strategy, performance, and execution of our online business across platforms. This role will be critical in shaping our digital roadmap and expanding our e-commerce presence in the personal care and beauty industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the end-to-end e-Commerce strategy across marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), brand.com, and social commerce channels.
- Oversee daily operations of e-commerce activities, including campaign planning, online sales performance, digital merchandising, pricing, and inventory.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance) and external partners to ensure seamless customer experience and campaign execution.
- Drive online revenue growth, traffic, and conversion by optimizing digital shelf performance, promotional mechanics, and bundling strategy.
- Lead livestreaming, affiliate programs, and influencer collaborations as key growth drivers.
- Monitor and analyze platform data and KPIs (traffic, conversion, GMV, ROAS, etc.) to provide strategic insights and continuous improvement.
- Manage platform relationships and negotiate for visibility, campaign slots, and co-branding opportunities.
- Build and lead the e-commerce team with clear direction, coaching, and performance monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven success managing e-commerce operations for FMCG, personal care, or beauty products.
- Familiar with marketplace mechanics, P&L management, campaign planning, and commercial negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making (Excel, Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
- Experience in livestream, affiliate, and social commerce strategy is a strong plus.
- Solid leadership skills, project management, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
