Head of Design

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture design, with 2+ years experience in managerial or leading role.
2. Proven experience in handling medium to large scale projects including commercial buildings, villas, resorts, and other hospitality structures.
3. Proficient with design software such as Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp, and other industry standard tools.
4. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring team members.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information effectively to stakeholders or clients with no architecture or engineering background.
6. Fluency in English, both oral and written.
7. Experience with bamboo design is highly regarded.

Willing to work in Kuta Mandalika

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and mentor the architectural team.
2. Oversee design process from initial concept to completion, ensuring the design aligns with regulatory standards, client needs, and meets safety and security aspects.
3. Check and approve architectural work.
4. Monitor the design timeline and ensure it is carried out according to the plan.
5. Specify the requirements for each project, adapting plans according to circumstances.
6. Provide regular reports to CEO and other division heads.
7. Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure project completion meets the timeline.
8. Act as the primary liaison to clients or potential clients.
