Job Description

1. Define and implement data management strategy and methods by which the organization acquires, analyses, governs, and manages data.
2. Integrate the old data infrastructure from the old core banking system.
3. Establish a robust data architecture to accommodate evolving regulatory requirements, flexible enough to support a wide range of future growth initiatives.
4. Bridge the gap between IT and core functions of the organization by aligning expertise in core functions with well-defined information infrastructure.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
2. 10 years of working IT experience in the financial industry and 3 years of related management experience.
3. Good data management experience in data strategy, data governance, data architecture, data analytics.
4. Experienced with data science technology such as Machine Learning, Python, R, Automation, Tableau, PowerBI, Spark, Kafka, SQL, etc.
5. Knowledge of leveraging data management and analysis on cloud platforms.
6. Experienced in managing data management projects and implementation of data management systems.
