Job summary

Permata Bank is seeking a senior data engineering leader to drive regulatory data pipelines. You will design, build and maintain ETL/ELT processes, ensure data sourcing accuracy from core banking systems, and manage a data warehouse used for regulatory reporting.

Leading a data engineering team, you will collaborate with technology and compliance stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable data platforms supporting LBUT, SLIK, RWA and related standards across the bank.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in data engineering or data platform roles, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Experience leading data teams and delivering regulatory data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT design and data warehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering team for regulatory systems.
• Design and manage data pipelines for regulatory reporting systems.
• Ensure accurate data sourcing, transformation, and aggregation from core banking systems.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple banking systems.
• Manage data warehouse or regulatory data mart used for reporting.
