Role Description

NoLimit Indonesia is looking for a Head of Data Analyst to lead and manage our Data Analyst team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bandung.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data analysis processes, ensuring the quality and accuracy of analytical outputs, and transforming complex data into meaningful business insights. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both internal stakeholders and clients.

You will also work closely with clients to understand their analytical needs, develop data-driven recommendations, and ensure that the team's deliverables meet business expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Journalism, Communications, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Social Media Data Analytics, Media Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, such as Head, Manager, Team Lead, Supervisor, or Coordinator, preferably in a data or analytics environment.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop team members, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working directly with clients, understanding their analytical needs, and managing client expectations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience in sentiment analysis, social media analytics, or online media monitoring is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
