Head of Content (FINNS Beach Club)

Description:

As the Head of Content, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling content. You will manage a talented team of videographers, editors, photographers, and social media specialists, guiding them to create engaging content for our various brands. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive our social media presence, ensuring we connect effectively with our audience across all platforms.

Located along the stunning Bali coastline, we offer a unique party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving more.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the content team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  2. Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and goals, ensuring a consistent and captivating narrative across all platforms.
  3. Creative Development: Generate and pitch creative concepts and ideas that highlight the unique offerings of our beach clubs, restaurants, and other venues.
  4. Content Production: Oversee the production process, including creating storyboards, shot lists, and managing timelines from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet managerial briefs.
  5. Brand Storytelling: Translate our brand vision into compelling visual stories that engage and inspire our target audience, enhancing the customer experience at FINNS.
  6. Cross-Platform Integration: Adapt content for various social media platforms, understanding each platform's nuances to maximize engagement and reach.
  7. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to refine future strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing or creative roles, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or tourism sectors.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work across video, photography, and digital content, demonstrating storytelling ability.
  • Skills in content shooting and editing.
  • Deep understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to transform concepts into visually stunning content.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective cross-department collaboration.
  • Good eye for design and visual selection.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends as needed.
  • Quick learner of new software tools (e.g., NetSuite, monday.com).
  • Highly independent, proactive, with strong creative skills and a deep understanding of brand identity.
