The Position

As Head of Commercial Enablement for PT Roche Indonesia (Diagnostics), you will be part of the Leadership Team and responsible for leading the teams for Customer Value & Solutions, Distributor Strategy & Management, as well as Commercial Operations Excellence. You will build enabling strategies that drive exceptional sales performance in the commercial teams in the Indonesia IVD market.

The Opportunity

  • We are seeking the Head of Commercial Enablement to lead the teams for Customer Value & Solutions, Distributor Strategy & Management, as well as Commercial Operations Excellence.
  • You will lead the Customer Value & Solutions team to strategize, develop and manage marketing activities, including, but not limited to:
    • Planning and executing of marketing strategy to ensure market penetration and growth,
    • Ensuring the availability of relevant marketing materials to support the planned business activities, which are in line with local market conditions and global product priorities
    • Maintaining close liaison with key opinion leaders and a high level of market intelligence.
  • The Distributor Strategy & Management team under your guidance will be responsible for:
    • Strategise & manage distribution network across the country, to ensure the product portfolio has an appropriate channel to penetrate the key potential market.
    • Monitor distributor performance based on the set KPI of each distributor
    • Work closely with respective stakeholders and departments in managing distributor performance & compliance.
    • Develop a training program for distributors to make sure the alignment works well.
  • You will lead the Commercial Operations Excellence team to be responsible for
    • Managing sales forecast related with supply chain and inventory management.
    • Working closely with 3PL logistics, do any improvement required to have a better sales & supply process.
    • Contract management with sales/ finance department.
    • Driving business processes such as Leads, Opportunities to Quote process using tools such as but not limited to Marketing Automation (i.e. Marketo), CRM (i.e. Salesforce), and commercial insights.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in building and growing healthcare discipline based business required.
  • Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure results.
  • Proven experience working in teams through collaborative technological innovation in an agile environment or continuous improvement efforts that have yielded tangible results and/or positive impact for patients or business stakeholders.
  • Processes leadership and people influencing skills; Demonstrated success in establishing a high performing environment, catalyzing Roche Operating Principles cultural dimensions, with an excellent reputation attracting the best talent and the commitment to developing and inspiring them.
  • Proven ability to create and sustain strong collaborative relationships and networks with diverse stakeholders across a complex global organization.
  • Intrapreneurial mindset with proven ability to incubate and foster agile organizations within a complex, global corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with the technological trends and their relevance to the healthcare industry. A passionate and decisive business leader. Demonstrating courage, vision and drive to achieve results at the forefront of innovative technological changes.
  • University degree in relevant discipline required. A postgraduate degree (e.g. MSc or higher) in a relevant area would be desirable.
  • 10+ years of experience operating in areas relevant to laboratory solutions and products aimed at the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in area of focus.
  • Proven ability to identify and mobilize resources, in a timely manner, that partner with value streams and others to achieve stated goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, develop and execute strategies to build competences to be future-ready and best-in-class.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders with courageous authenticity and builds trust with individuals of all levels.
