Job Description:

• Manage claims processes, grooming the team, manage TPA and be the claims transformation leader

Preferred Skills:

• Fluent in English communication oral/writing
• Great communication and negotiation
• Data analytics capability
• Excellent leadership to manage the team and claims effectively

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in individual claims, healthcare claims management and provider relations, claims investigation
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Experienced with claims software and data analysis tools
• Presentation skills to senior management or Regional Office or corporates
