As the Head of Business Development & Partnership, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy through strategic partnerships and business expansion. You will lead a team to identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulators, and strategic partners, to accelerate the company's market penetration and product offerings.

You will lead a team to identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulators, and strategic partners, to accelerate the company's market penetration and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute the business development strategy to drive company growth and market presence. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to support product expansion.
  • Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as banks, payment providers, and tech companies. Negotiate favorable terms to secure win-win partnerships.
  • Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to enter new markets and enhance market share in existing regions by leveraging strategic collaborations.
  • Revenue Generation: Collaborate with internal teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Sales, to design partnership programs that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure partnerships comply with industry regulations and align with company policies.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development and partnership team. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and ensure professional growth within the team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key spokesperson for the company in representing its values and goals to external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry, market trends, and regulatory environment in Indonesia.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
