· Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead the end-to-end financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.

· Performance Optimization & Insights: Deliver data-driven insights through robust financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

· Operational & Commercial Analysis: Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability using commercial and retail expertise.

· KPI Development & Monitoring: Design, track, and refine KPIs to measure store performance, operational efficiency, and strategic impact.

· Business Transformation & Innovation: Streamline processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and embed agility into financial frameworks.

· Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead a team of Business Controllers, fostering analytical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (top-tier institution preferred).

· Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CFA/CMA) are a plus.

· Experience in retail/multi-site environments (financial planning, analysis, or business control).

· Strong commercial analysis, performance management, and strategic business partnering skills.

· Ability to challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and influence outcomes.

· Proficiency in financial systems & BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

· Track record in driving automation and digital transformation.

· Proven leadership experience (teams, cross-functional projects, senior stakeholders).
