We are seeking a forward-thinking Head of Business Controlling to lead the Performance strategy and management across our evolving retail operations. This is a critical leadership role that goes beyond traditional financial, BI and analytics oversight—it's about shaping the future of how we operate, measure success, and drive sustainable growth at scale.

As a strategic Business Performance partner to senior leadership, you will own the strategic planning, performance analytics, and business transformation agenda for Store Operations. You’ll be instrumental in aligning operational execution with long-term value creation, unlocking efficiencies, and translating data into actionable insights that accelerate decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Transformation & Innovation
Champion initiatives that challenge the status quo—streamline processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and embed agility into our financial framework.

• Operational & Commercial Analysis
Act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, using your commercial and retail acumen to influence decisions and drive profitability.

• Performance Optimization & Insights
Deliver clear, data-driven insights through robust financial analysis and reporting. Help stakeholders make confident, strategic decisions.

• Financial Strategy & Planning
Lead the end-to-end financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and ever-evolving market dynamics.

• KPI Development & Monitoring
Design, track, and refine KPIs that highlight store performance, operational efficiency, and strategic impact.

• Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and grow a high-performing team of Business Controllers. Foster a culture of analytical excellence, strategic thinking, and continuous learning.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution; Master’s degree or certifications like CFA/CMA are a strong plus

• Experience in retail or multi-site environments, ideally in corporate strategy, project management, or operation strategy
• Strong in commercial analysis, performance management, and strategic business partnering

• A change agent mindset: always seeking improvement, innovation, and smarter decision-making
• Able to challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and influence outcomes
• Skill in financial systems & BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL would be an advantage

• Track record of driving automation and digital transformation
• Proven leadership experience—leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and engaging senior stakeholders
